REFUND/CANCEL PERIOD

We offer a 14-day open return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a refund.
To complete a return, you will need a receipt and/or other proof of purchase from us. Please contact us at nordklover@gmail.com to begin the return process.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items:
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This may also apply to any 2-year receivables.
